Burgers

On Thursday we made burgers. I think we cooked them really well, they were really good sized patties and had lots of flavor. I think next time we need to keep on schedule a bit more and follow the recipe a bit more closely. The patties were a medium sized thickness, I think they could've been a bit thinner and wider though. The looked really good but I accidentally had the two top buns and Lahtia had the two bottom buns, so they looked a bit funny.

Oaty Pancakes

On Thursday we made Oaty Pancakes. At first the mixture was really runny because we added too much milk in, so we had to add more flour and more baking powder to the mix. We had a bit of a problem with heat management because we kept turning it up and down so some of them were a bit burnt and some of them were just right. At the end after we overcame all our problems, they turned out quite good and tasted really nice.
