We are so sorry that this has happened to you in our store and there is no excuse for this type of behaviour. We can assure you that the staff member has been given a warning and has also had further customer service training in hopes that the next time you come in you are treated with more respect and your experience is a lot better than before.
Due to the problems this has caused we have included a voucher valued at $50 for you to spend in any department of our store.
Again we are so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you and hope to see you again at The Department Store.
